Waitlists

Our waitlist is used for those who want the perfect rabbit and are willing to wait. Here are some things to know about our waitlist:

--Free to join. Just contact us!

--No pressure to ever buy a rabbit after joining our waitlist.

--You will be emailed after a litter is about a month old and we will ask if you would like to place a deposit on any of the babies from the litter. If you do not want a baby from the litter, that is completely okay. You can wait for as long as you'd like. 

--People at the top of the waitlist will have the first pick. They are emailed first, and if they decide not to get a rabbit from the litter then we will move down to the next person on the waitlist.

--You must reply to our email within 24 hours and place a deposit on the baby bunny within 48 hours if you want a rabbit in the litter. If you don't, we will move to the person next in line on the waitlist.

--If you do not reply to two consecutive litter emails then you will be taken off the waitlist.

--Our waitlist can close to new people at our decretion. We can also refuse to place people on our waitlist at any time for any reason.

Deposits

Deposits are used for reserving young rabbits before they can go home. Deposits

are part of the purchase price and are non-refundable. These are some main things to know about deposits.

--Non-transferable. Make sure the bunny you put a deposit on is the perfect one because you cannot transfer the deposit to another rabbit. If specific and tragic instances, such as the baby passing away before being able to go home, we can transfer the deposit to another available bunny of similar price if desired.

--Non-refundable. If something happens and you can no longer bring a bunny into your life, unfortunately, the deposits are not refundable.

--Not the always full price of the bunny. Deposits are only part of the price most of the time. At pickup, you must pay the remaining cost. Example: If the bunny costs $100, and the deposit is $30, then at pickup you have to pay the remaining $70. Adult rabbits usually have full-price deposits.

--Reserves the rabbit as yours. Once you pay for a deposit, the rabbit is reserved as yours and not available for anyone else to purchase. 

--We reserve the right to cancel and refund deposits at any time between when the deposit was placed and pickup for any reason at our discretion, thus making the rabbit available again or available for us to keep.

--We reserve the right to keep any rabbit and change the status from "available for deposit" to "keeping" at any time. 

Reservations

Reserving a rabbit is done by paying a deposit (or the full price when buying an

adult rabbit) and ensures a specific rabbit is reserved for you. These are some main things to know about

reserving a rabbit.

--Can expire. Pickup should be arranged within 1 week of when baby rabbits are able to leave or within 2 weeks of when you pay for an adult rabbit. Within our discretion, there are some exceptions.

--No-shows have their rabbit reservation canceled with no refund. If we arrange for a pickup time and the buyer does not show up and does not inform us that he or she cannot show up, then the reservation is canceled with no refund. 

--We usually open reservations within a couple of weeks after the rabbits are born. You can reserve a rabbit at any time after reservations open and until all of the rabbits are reserved. Once you reserve a rabbit, he or she will be held just for you until pick up at 8 weeks (pickup is at a later age with some litters, so check the minimum pickup date regarding the individual litter). 

--We reserve the right to cancel bunny reservations/deposits on a rabbit at any time and refund you.​

General

-WE WANT OUR RABBITS BACK IF YOU CANNOT CARE FOR THEM! We do not want our rabbits to be passed around, in shelters, released, used as food, or put in a bad home! Please contact us if you can no longer care for your Envy rabbit! We can ensure that they will get another loving and safe home. Sometimes we offer incentives for returning them to us.

-No gender is guaranteed. We try our best to sell rabbits as the sex we believe they are, but at a young age, it can be hard to tell boys from girls.

-No color is guaranteed. By the time our baby rabbits leave for their new homes, we can usually confidently determine their color. However, in some rare cases, we may misidentify a coat color.

-Size is not guaranteed. Yes, we do breed for small holland lops under 4lbs., but this doesn't always happen. Some rabbits will be bigger than others.

-In general, the price of the rabbit will not be refunded. The only exception to this is a hereditary condition health guarantee.

-All babies come with a TWO YEAR HEALTH GUARANTEE against hereditary defects. If your rabbit is ill or passes away within two years of purchase, and a veterinarian determines it had a hereditary condition, or a condition somehow caused by us, then you can get a refund or credit for another rabbit. You must send us documented proof of what the veterinarian determined the condition and cause of the condition was.
